We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The cost is $12.95, and your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery times for free shipping are typically 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Please review the following details to understand how to return or exchange items purchased from our website.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of certain products, some items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:

  • Perishable goods such as live plants or seeds (e.g., Ageratum, Agrostemma, Alyssum, etc.)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

Returns & Exchanges Process

  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item(s) securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item(s) to the following address:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same return process outlined above. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by us.
